Chocolate glaze additionally includes substitute of cocoa products from grape seeds at the following ratio of components, mas.%: chocolate glaze, 24.00-25.20; syrup, 25-50-30.50; citric acid, 0.30-0.45; alcohol, 1.20-2.85; flavor "Pinokolada", 0.04-0.08; granulated sugar, the balance.
