SUBSTANCE: the suggested caramel contains unglazed caramel consisted of a syrup, powdered sugar, citric acid, alcohol, an aromatizer and a dyestuff being covered with chocolate glaze. Additionally its composition is supplemented with a "Black currant" aromatizer. Combination of components in a certain ratio provides increased number of liquor glazed caramel, increases the quality of consumers' properties (aroma, color, storage terms).
