SUBSTANCE: the claimed AZART iced liquor caramel has noniced caramel coated with chocolate icing and includes syrup, granulated sugar, citric acid, alcohol and flavoring. Flavoring is used in form of APELSIN (orange) flavoring. Caramel additionally contains SOLNECHNY ZAKAT (sunset) dye. Chocolate icing also additionally has cacao substitute from products of grape seeds. The claimed caramel contains the following amounts of its ingredients, wt.%: chocolate icing 24.00-25.00; syrup 26.50-30.50; citric acid 0.30-0.40; alcohol 1.20-2.85; APELSIN flavoring 0.04-0.08; SOLNECHNY ZAKAT dye 0.0015-0.0025; the balance, granulated sugar. Chocolate surface of products is smooth, uniform and glossy. EFFECT: high palatability with stable flavor of orange unchangeable in storage, prolonged shelf life (4 months) and high biological value. 1 tbl
