FIELD: laparoscopic surgery; gynecology. SUBSTANCE: rod is installed coaxially in hollow channel of instrument body for longitudinal displacement relative to body and for their joint coaxial rotation. Rod is coupled to electric surgical generator. Operating member is made in the form of flexible metal section which ends are secured on distal end of rod emerging from body and on distal end of body, respectively. Proximal end of body is provided with lock for fixing of rod position relative to body. Rod is made round with segment cut off to fit the contour of chord and with sharpened end face. Channel of body follows rod profile. Flexible metal section is hinge-connected to body and rod. Handle is provided to control instrument during operation. EFFECT: increased stiffness of operating member, acceleration of operation conducting in 2-3 times and increased its quality. 3 cl, 3 dwg
