FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: for production of 40-% vodka the following ingredients are used, kg: bitter almond oil, 0.001-0.01; sodium bicarbonate, 0.001-0.6; sugar-containing component, 5.0-15.0; vanillin, 0.001-0.01; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. Used as sugar-containing component is 55-57-% sugar syrup. Vanillin and bitter almond oil are preliminarily dissolved separately in rectified alcohol in ratio 1_5-20.
