SUBSTANCE: vodka "Mirovaya" comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.1-0.9 kg; acetic acid, 0.08-0.8 kg; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 10-13 l; vanillin dissolved in rectified alcohol in the ratio 1:100, 0.01-0.09 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, up to the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with high organoleptic indices and lower cost for shorter period and to expand assortment of vodkas. The combination of features in the proposed invention provides to vodka barely detecting aroma of anise and cinnamon and barely detecting cinchona bark aroma in after tasting.
