FIELD: engine making. SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended to treat liquid fuel before it is fed into working cylinders for combustion. Process of preparation of fuel consists in its supply into aerator and in direction of fuel with gas over high-pressure line for atomization in air to prepare fuel and air mixture and to burn it. Its characteristic feature lies in atomization of fuel in aerator under conditions preventing self-ignition. Secondary atomization of fuel to prepare fuel and air mixture is carried under air pressure less than gas pressure in aerator. Internal combustion engine includes source of compressed air and pressure regulator that supplies gas into aerator. It is fitted with injector of primary atomization of fuel across its inlet to aerator, blower to feed fuel to injector of primary atomization, system controlling operation of blower and safety valve setting pressure in gas space of aerator. EFFECT: improved efficiency of process and internal combustion engine. 5 cl, 1 dwg
