FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: trainer has base on which stationary rest is positioned. Base is shaped irregular as two parallel beams which ends are coupled to each other by means of supporting area. Opposite ends of beams carry rest handles coupled by split transverse beam. Moving rest is positioned on supporting area by means of hinges and lever. Moving rest is coupled to beam ends through two loaders. Rest handles are placed on ends of beams. Shoulder supports are arranged in upper part of supporting area for trainer installation on patient, and for mounting the trainer on wall in case of stationary base fastening elements are provided. Loaders are made in the form of removable flexible springs manufactured of rubber bunch or shaped as hydraulic actuator. EFFECT: possibility of loading of short paravertebral muscles under different conditions of application. 4 dwg
