METHOD FOR INVIGORATING A PERSON AND THE TRAINING MACHINE FOR REALIZATION OF THE METHOD Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61H1/02 A63B21/62 A63B21/06

Abstract RU 2322223 C2

FIELD: medicine, namely, therapeutic physical training, neurology, orthopedics, traumatology, where it is required to invigorate the body of patients.

SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the method, physical exercises are performed on the training machine, stretching of muscles is alternated with their non-tensional contraction. Stretching is performed in position when pelvic section of the body is positioned on the support of the training machine, and legs are held in place behind the support of the training machine. During conduction of pull from above the body is positioned horizontally, face down or face up or on the side. The neck handle of upper wiring is drawn to the patients neck. During upward movement, bending is accented. During conduction of pull in face down position, lower wiring neck handle is taken, arms outstretched, and the spine is maximally cambered in waist area. The complex of exercises is performed on the floor, firstly, while standing, rising on toes and slowly lowering, then the same in toe to toe position, then same movements in heel to heel position, up to 15 times. Then pelvis is rotated around a circle in both directions up to 15 times, upper body together with the head are turned in both directions for up to 15 times. Then a body twisting exercise for up to 15 times, slow rising to toes and fast lowering to heels up to 15 times. Then exercise is performed in position on the stomach with hands on the breast. Then again standing exercises with raising of hands above the head, the head is lowered downwards for up to 15 times. The head is turned to both sides for up to 15 times, inclined forwards, backwards for up to 15 times. In conclusion, ear conches are massaged. During first days the exercise is repeated for up to 5 times. Additionally, after exercises in lying position, exercise on the training machine is conducted, muscle stretching is alternated with non-tensioned contraction, pelvic section is positioned on the support of the training machine, legs fixed, and movement in the pelvic area is performed, with accented bending. The training machine contains a base, upon which vertical frame is mounted with a cantilever in upper part, and a packet of loads. The training machine is also provided with a support for pelvic section of the body, leg support, cables of upper and lower wiring and blocks for upper and lower wiring of cables. The vertical frame is made with guides for the packet of loads. The support for pelvic section of the body is fastened on the base in stationary manner. The leg support is made with possible repositioning and with means for height adjustment. Upper and lower wiring cables have necks with handles and are connected to load packet. Upper cable wiring blocks are positioned in upper section of vertical frame and its console, and lower wiring blocks are positioned in lower part of vertical frame and base.

EFFECT: lifting of physical, mental, psycho-emotional loads, increased vigor, increased working efficiency, improved functional adaptation capabilities; training machine ensures capacity for conduction of exercises with creation of adjustable pull for arms from above or below when the body is in horizontal position face down or face up or on the side by providing support only for pelvis with legs holding the leg support.
