FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: grains and malt are swollen by using liquefied gas. The whole is ground, the brewing mash being prepared is heat treated to induce ultrasound oscillations therein during dispersion of steam therein under conditions when the latter is condensed. The brewing mash is then saccharified. EFFECT: greater efficiency of the method and reduced power consumption.
