FIELD: analytical chemistry; identifying drugs using cordanum as example. SUBSTANCE: electrochemical concentration of substance such as cordanum (DL-1-[4(3-Cyclohehylureido)-phenoly] -2- hydrohy-3-t-butylaminopropan) is made on surface of mercury-film needle electrode for 300 s (Te) at potential (Ee) of (1.35-1.45) V in the background of 0.1n-0.5n of lithium chloride adding 0,2×10-3 g/ml of magnesium sulfate followed by recording current-voltage characteristics at potential sweep rate of 50 mV/s; cordanum concentration is determined by peak value in potential range of 0.9 to 1.0 V relative to chlorinated-silver electrode. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity and proximity of proposed technique. 1 ex
