FIELD: hydroacoustic equipment, in particular, rod piezoelectric ceramic projectors. SUBSTANCE: device has rod piezoelectric member and reinforcing member which are rigidly connected to back plate, front plate, which is designed as integral whole with flexible passive plate, which is shaped as cylinder which bottom is connected to massive passive plate which are mounted in sealed housing. Massive passive plate of transducer is designed as hollow thick-wall cylinder which inner diameter is greater than external diameter of piezoelectric member and flexible plate, which rigid wall is perpendicular to its axis. Piezoelectric member is located on one side of wall, bottom of flexible plate and reinforcing member are mounted on another side of wall.
