FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: hardness value of drinking water is brought about to from 1.5 to 6 mole/m³. Treated water is mixed with rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and in 10-20 min after process onset in moment of the most heat generation preliminary swollen defatted milk is added in the amount 3-4.5 l/1000 dal and remained to swell for 2-3 h. An aqueous-spirituous solution is settled, filtered and mixture of rye bread and 65.8%-th sugar syrup taken in the amount 9-11 kg and 14-15 l/1000 dal of vodka respectively, is added. Mixture is stirred for 50-60 min, fed into injector vacuum cavity under pressure where activated powder-like carbon suspension taken in the amount 0.8-1.2 kg/1000 dal is added. Vodka is filtered, proof is corrected, subjected for control filtration, fed to collector of ready production and pouring.
