FIELD: equipment facilitating reception of water or liquid food in contaminated atmosphere under extreme situations. SUBSTANCE: device has valve unit with casing, valve spring-biased from inside and tip, and is further provided with connecting unit having branch pipe with piston and attachment member for attaching it to liquid storage container. Valve unit has hood-shaped gasket arranged on casing bottom and biased to it by spring. Piston is made perforated and is provided with annular layers inserted into piston slots at distance equal to piston diameter. Area of perforations is 1.0:1.1 of tip section area and valve outer diameter and valve unit inner diameter ratio is (0.98-0.99) : 1.00. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced volume of ballast space, wider operational capabilities and reduced draft. 3 dwg
