FIELD: water supply; additional cleaning of water getting from centralized water supply source. SUBSTANCE: filter has intake reservoir with threaded hole, replaceable cartridge with attachment thread for turning into hole and detachable branch pipe on one end of which thread is cut for turning into hole of intake reservoir, and on other end, thread for connecting replaceable cartridge. Cartridge has housing with inlet hole and filtering layers of fiber materials arranged in housing. Filter cartridge has sorptionally-active, ion-exchange and iodinated layers with perforated gaskets between layers. Profile of thread in hole of filter intake reservoir and/or cartridge for filter is nonstandard, in form of equilateral trapezium with larger base of 1.4-2.0 mm and smaller base curved to arc with radius of 0.5 ± 0.1 mm.
