FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing the solution by mixing corrected water with ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux". Apple vinegar and sodium bicarbonate in ratio 1:10 dissolved in solution is introduced in it at mixing. Prepared solution with introduced ingredients are cleaned through carbon-cleaning battery. Then solution is finally cleaned, dissolved in it mixture of glucose and sugar syrup is introduced, and beverage is bottled. Vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: apple vinegar, 0.2-0.4; sugar syrup, 11-11.5; and also, kg: glucose, 5.5-6.5; sodium bicarbonate, 0.2-0.3; aqueous-alcoholic liquid base on ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and water, the balance.
