FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of 38-% strength mixture from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water purified by activated carbon. Bakery yeast is poured by aqueous-alcoholic liquid of 60% strength in ratio 1:10, aged for 3-5 h, and 65.8-% sugar syrup is added at the end of ageing. Then infusion is discharged, and with sugar syrup is introduced in finishing vessel. The prepared vodka contains: filtrate of aqueous-alcoholic infusion of bakery yeast of Ist discharging, 3-3.4 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 28-29 l; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water, the balance up to 38-% strength.
