FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: aqueous-alcoholic liquid (solution) is cleaned by activated carbon, mixed with aromatic alcohol prepared from coriander, mild melissa and common wormwood, filtered, and honey is introduced by two equal doses. Blend is aged with every introduced dose of honey for 10-20 min. Prepared vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal: common wormwood, 0.4-0.6; wild melissa, 0.6-0.8; coriander, 0.4-0.6; honey, 9-11; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas.
