SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine myocardial perfusion reserve (MPR). Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) with CT correction of radiation absorption at rest and after a stress test is performed according to a two-day protocol using a radiopharmaceutical (RP)99m Tc-MIBI. In this case, the study is carried out using the SPECT system with NaI-crystals. The share of accumulation of radiopharmaceuticals in the myocardium at rest and after the stress test is calculated. The proportion of radiopharmaceutical accumulation in the myocardium is calculated by the formula: C=Ntotal/(Nmyoc*P)*100%, where C is the proportion of radiopharmaceutical accumulation in the myocardium, Ntotal is the number of pulses in the detector field of view, Nmyoc is the number of pulses in the myocardium, P is the number of projections. RMP is calculated by the formula: R=Cload/Crest, where R is MPR, Cload is the proportion of radiopharmaceuticals in the myocardium after a stress test, Crest is the proportion of radiopharmaceuticals in the myocardium at rest.
EFFECT: method provides an accurate assessment of MPR on the devices of the traditional SPECT system with NaI-crystals.
