SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel N,N′-substituted imidocarbonimide diamides of the general formula (I) where R₁ means bivalent nonsubstituted lower aliphatic group; R₃ means C₁-C₁₀-alkyl that is substituted with lower alkyl of phenyl that is substituted with halogen atom; R₅ means phenyl or benzyl that can be mono- or poly-substituted with halogen atom, nitro-group, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-group or naphthyl; R₆ means hydrogen atom; R₇ means hydrogen atom, C₁-C₁₀-alkyl, alkanoyl; Y means oxygen or sulfur atom; q = 1; m = 1, their pharmaceutically acceptable additive salts or hydrates of indicated salts. The above indicated compounds show antiparasitic and antibacterial activity. Invention describes the prophylactic composition based on compounds of the formula (I) for decrease of infection level in patients.
