SUBSTANCE: fuel-air mixture is prepared by simultaneously delivering compressed air and fuel into meter and further on into evaporator, thus getting homogeneous lean fuel-air mixture which is combusted by separately formed flame. EFFECT: increased efficiency, fuel economy, enlarged range of used fuels in engine without tendency to knocking, possibility of operation on fuels with different physical properties, for instance, on liquefied hydrocarbons. 1 dwg
