FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: dry mixture constituent - sweetener is wetted with eleutherococcus extract with solids content 13.5-26.0% at solids-to-wetting agent ratio (9.5-10.5):1, level of eleutherasides in final product ranging from 0.32 to 1.37 mg/g. Mixture is stirred, dried, and granulated. Additive can also be prepared in the form of tablets, for which, before tableting, granules are mixed with calcium or magnesium stearate powder in amount 0.9-1.0 kg per 100 kg of final product. Sweetener can be sugar powder, xylitol, sorbite, and glucose. During wetting operation, 0.18 to 0.24 kg of methylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, or carboxymethylcellulose or its sodium salt can be added.
