FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this device can be used in construction, agriculture and other fields of national economy. Device has post, loosener body which is provided with removable and turnable share, gas line, material delivery line, line for delivery and distribution of substance. Post and loosener body of injector are made hollow. Located inside them are gas line, material delivery line. Line for delivery and distribution of substances over loosener working width is made of bell configuration and is provided with ejector device. Jet-guiding partitions in distributing passages are made as sectional. Installed in cutout part of loosener body are extending sections of passive rotating loosening funnels. Installed on end-face cheeks inside body are grips for fixing and unwinding of counterfiltration film rolls. Installed coaxially with sections of rotating loosening funnels are pivoted pin-type activators which can extend into underlying course in sections of heavy ground. Provided between perforated tapered holes in external surface of loosener body and housing at external side is hollow. Post of loosener is pivotally secured to frame of power drive unit through double-way hydraulic cylinder. Device is of multifunctional application and allows for creation of ground profile of required property in process of restoration of biological activity of ground including those made up of crushed rock matter stored in dumps of mining industry enterprises.
