FIELD: protection of liquid systems against hydraulic impacts which occur in starting and stopping such systems, as well as in case of earthquakes and other accidents. SUBSTANCE: device consists of hermetic reservoir and check valve connected in succession in way of motion of liquid. Reservoir is provided with hollow evacuated friable (glass) balls which are broken when pressure in system exceeds permissible limit because of excessive liquid flowing to reservoir in case of hydraulic impact.
