FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: special traffic diagrams are used, topologies of which correspond to columns of code crossings. Turn points of route are separated, code numbers are assigned to them, code combinations of which are used to identify optimal safe route of movable object motion. To calculate code of safe route, which is shortest by number of turn points, two code combinations are used - of the first and last turn points that correspond to specified geographical coordinates of movement. Dispatcher executes only visual control and interferes with movement of movable object only in case emergency situation occurs.
EFFECT: invention provides for safe traffic, reduced time for generation of control decisions and simplification of dispatcher functions.
