METHOD FOR SUTURING URINARY BLADDER BED Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves putting-in median interrupted fixing suture using middle portion of catgut thread. Two continuous sutures beginning from the median suture are put with thread overlay. The median segment of the bed is temporary covered with tampons. Medial end of the thread is used as holder in suturing lateral segment of the bed. Two marginal fixing sutures are put in with ends of the same thread. The lateral suture is carried out with diaphragmed capsule surface of the liver sutured twice. The lateral end of the whole thread is used as loop holder in suturing medial segment of the bed. EFFECT: tightly sutured urinary bladder bed. 12 dwg
