FIELD: oil and gas production. SUBSTANCE: process includes at least one oil decompression stage with its partial degassing, partial water decantation, absorption of evaporated, chiefly C4-C7-hydrocarbons with absorption liquid, and mixing of absorption liquid containing C4-C7- hydrocarbons with degassed oil. Resulting mixture is distilled in at least one distillation column operated at pressure 4-15 bar into at least two fractions: gaseous C1-C5-hydrocarbon fraction run off from column top and fraction of stabilized crude oil tapped off from the level of column below crude oil supply level. Part of stabilized crude oil is evaporated and once more forced into middle part of column above crude oil-supply level. Installation comprises: partial crude oil decompression unit in the form of closed chamber containing, in its top section, absorption liquid-supply pipeline; distillation column provided with decompressed crude oil-supply pipeline and at least two pipelines for running off gases in top part of column and tapping of degassed fraction below crude oil supply level. Top part of column is connected to gaseous fraction selective separation system over outlet pipeline. Column also has pipeline to force liquid, chiefly C4-C5-hydrocarbons located below gaseous fraction outlet point. Selective separation system contains at least one adsorption-desorption reactor. EFFECT: achieved maximum removal of C4-C7-hydrocarbons from crude oil. 28 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
