FIELD: biological chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method of preparing compound with beta-1-4 bond containing lactosamine structure involves interaction of at least one donor substance with formula GalβOR, wherein R is organic group, and at least one acceptor substance: glucopyranosamino-derivative with formula G1cNR"- R"', wherein NR" is azido, 2-N-acetyl, 2-N-phthalimido, or organic group bound to 2-N-group of glucosamine, in which R"' is glucoside-like bound fluorine or O-, C-, N-, or S- glucoside-like bound aliphatic or aromatic compound. If NR" is NHAc, then R"' cannot be OH and, if it is not NHAc, then R"' can be OH. Method is implemented in presence of Bullera singolaris or 3.2 group glycosidase EC, especially having the same structure as 3.2 group glucosidase EC obtained from Bullera singolaris to prepare lactosamine derivative. Preferably isolated is compound with beta- 1-4 bond containing lactosamine structure. EFFECT: increased yield of desired product. 26 cl, 8 ex
