FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: preset amount of fuel is delivered into slotted fuel steam generator located in cylinder head where fuel is evaporated and delivered through holes made at angle to cylinder axis into cylinder, thus forming vortex. Non-combustible liquid is injected into slotted liquid steam generator formed by cylinder mirror and piston with space sealed by rings. Non-combustible liquid steam generator is divided into two sections by ring-valve. Steam from lower and upper sections gets into underpiston space, thus forming vortex.
