To obtain the new morphine preparation particles are subjected for covering process in fluidized layer using covering liquid as a solution, dispersion, suspension or emulsion. Preparation is used for anesthetization and relieve of severe chronic pains exhibiting sensitivity to opioids. Preparation is given once per a day that provides the significant decrease of morphine concentration fluctuation in blood plasma as compared with its the known preparations.
