Form includes dariphenacin and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvant, vehicle or carrier. Form is adopted for administration in gastroenteric tract of patient and provides delivery of at least 10% of dariphenacin by mass in the lower part of gastroenteric tract of patient. Form is used for treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome or enuresis. The new dosed form with dariphenacin minimizes nondesirable adverse effects in its using.
