Then phage library is devised carrying on their surface oligopeptides expressed on the base of oligonucleotide insertions of random sequence and introduced in gene encoding the phage capsid protein. Then phages carrying on capsid surface antigenic oligopeptides are selected using the first tested serum and the following screening. For screening additional sera obtained from persons immunized against this disease are used. The phage carrying oligopeptides that are able to interact with the most part of analyzed sera and identified oligopeptides is identified. Then parallel screening using the control sera set taken from another group of healthy persons is carried out.
