FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: drinking water is passed through sulfocarbon and then through the reverse-osmotic unit, dry defatted milk is added at amount 2-3 kg/1000 dal ready product, stirred up to milk dissolving and this mixture is used for preparing water-alcohol liquid (70 vol. %) by addition of rectified ethyl alcohol. Mixture is kept for 1 h and 80% acetic acid is added at amount 350-450 ml/1000 dal ready product. Mixture is stirred for 10-15 min and settled for 1-2 h followed by precipitate removing. Concentration of water-alcohol liquid is corrected by its diluting with water up to 56 vol.%, stirred for 10-15 min, kept for 20-25 min and filtered firstly through membrane filter (pore sizes: 40-70 mcm and 20-30 mcm or 5-15 mcm), passed through carbon refining battery and filtered finally through membrane filter (pore size - 0.45 mcm) followed by vodka pouring.
