FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: water-alcohol solution (assortment) is prepared in sorting tank by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and corrected drinking water bearing in mind production of 40% vodka. Thus obtained "assortment" is thoroughly stirred, verified for concentration, and, after adjusting concentration, pumped into pressure tank and therefrom on carbon-refinement battery, wherein it is treated with active carbon and filtered at filtration rate 40 dal/h on fresh carbon and up to 30 dal/h on regenerated carbon. Filtered vodka is transferred into adjustment tank. Sugar in the form of 65.8% sugar syrup or aqueous solution us introduced into sorting or adjustment tank. Sodium bicarbonate is divided into two portions. Citric and succinic acids are mixed at ratio 1:1, dissolved in 2-3 l of softened water. To thus prepared solution, sodium bicarbonate is gradually added at constant stirring. After full dissolution of added ingredients, solution is filtered through cloth filter and filtrate is added to vodka simultaneously with feeding the latter into adjustment tank. Vodka is then thoroughly stirred and verified for concentration. In case of deviation from standard, vodka is adjusted in the same tank by adding alcohol or water followed by agitation and verifying concentration. Finished vodka is subjected to control filtration and then bottled. Vodka possesses slightly perceptible aroma and retarded frost freshness. EFFECT: accelerated vodka production process, reduced expenses, simplified process, enlarged assortment of vodkas possessing curative and prophylactic properties alleviating hang-over syndrome and removing undesirable substances from body. 3 ex
