FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: acetic acid (0.5-0.7 kg/1000 dal ready product) and dry defatted milk (5-7 kg/1000 dal ready product) were added to the natural drinking water and stirred up to milk dissolving. Then water-alcohol liquid (45%) is prepared by mixing this water and rectified ethyl alcohol, stirred with air for 20-25 min, settled for 2 h and precipitate is removed; water-alcohol liquid is filtered through membrane filters (pore size: 40-70 mcm and 20-30 mcm or 5-15 mcm), refined on carbon-refining battery and filtered finally through membrane filter (pore size is 0.45 mcm) followed by vodka pouring.
