FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to stabilizing ground surface of slopes of motor roads and railways, coastal lines, ground surface of airfields, etc. Grate of cellular structure is made up of flexible polymeric strips positioned on ribs and interconnected in staggered order by welded joints with creation in extended stretched working position of cellular structure. Flexible polymeric strips are made as perforated from compound based on polyamide with 5-38 mass% of polyethylene, polysulphon or compound based on polyethylene of high density with 10-90 mass% of polyethylene of low density. Perforations of flexible polymeric strip can be of any configuration such as round, oval, square, rectangular, triangular or other. Pitch of perforations in flexible polymeric strip in longitudinal and lateral directions is equal to 15-70 mm, dimensions of perforations are from 3 to 16 mm. Dimensions of cell in grate in working position in longitudinal and lateral dimensions are from 50 to 500 mm. Thickness of flexible polymeric strip is from 0.7 to 1.6 mm. Length of grate in working position is from 5 to 14 m, width of grate is from 0.7 to 4 m. Height of grate is from 0.08 to 0.22 m. Flexible polymeric strip includes such component materials as carbon, and/or rubber and/or pigment. Grate of cellular structure is of increased stability to water and wind erosion and of longer service life. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 1 dwg
