Thickness of catalyst layer is 10-100 μm at the following relationship of components, mass %: block 1: Fe 2.0-5.0; Ni 2.0-5.0; Zr 0.2-0.4; Pd 0.05-0.2; Ag 0.05-0.2; TiO2 1.0-1.5; Al2O3 - the rest. Block 2: Mn 1.0-2.0; Co 0.6-1.6; Cu 1.0-2.5; Cr 0.5-1.5; Pd 0.5-1.1; Zr 2.0-3.0; Al2O3 - the rest.
