Plug of optically transparent material provided with scale is anchored in hole in butt of body with internal conical surface. External surface of plug carries slider with hermetically sealed reed relays. Slider is mounted for translation with registration in specified settings of flow rate. Float in the form rod equipped with conical washer is mounted in internal cavity of plug for axial movement. Upper part of float carries magnet.
