FIELD: analytical chemistry, identification of individual components of compound gas mixtures carrying isotopes of hydrogen. SUBSTANCE: method is aimed at development of simple method of analysis of compound gas mixture carrying isotopes of hydrogen and impurities and at reduction of errors in determination of content of components. First analyzed gas mixture carrying isotopes of hydrogen is passed through chromatographic column and then test samples of each isotope of hydrogen and of other components are passed separately. Signals of detector are recorded by thermal conductivity on chromatograms in the form of unseparated peaks of gas mixture carrying isotopes of hydrogen and in the form of individual peaks of each component. Concentration of isotopes of hydrogen and impurities is found by mathematical formula of dependence of content of isotopes of hydrogen and impurities on value of analytical signal.
