FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: raw mix is fed into mixer and then into converter, wherein hydrocarbon and oxidant yield hydrogen-containing mixture of final conversion products. Consumption of raw mix components is controlled in automatic mode using signal of deviation of current formation of final product components from their predetermined formation. Deviation signal is shaped in comparator unit and measured signals are recorded and converted into control signal in converter unit comprising devices recording concentration of final product components and devices converting signals corresponding to current values of components into signals corresponding to carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen atom content.
