FIELD: medicine, biotechnology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: immunosorbent for detection of antibodies to hepatitis C virus nuclear protein is based on polymeric material. A layer of an antigen-synthetic peptide is applied on the base. As synthetic peptide the invention proposes a peptide corresponding to an antigenic determinant of hepatitis C virus nuclear protein of the following structure: NH2-Thr-Lys-Asn- -Thr-Asn-Arg-Arg-Pro-Gln-Asp-Val-Lys-Phe-Pro-Gly-Gly-Gly-Gln- -Ile-Val-Gly-Gly-Val-Tyr-Leu-Leu-Pro-Arg-Arg-Gly-Pro-Arg-Leu- -Gly-CO-NH2. Invention can be used in diagnosis of hepatitis C, for example, in diagnostic test-systems for detection of antibodies to hepatitis C virus nuclear protein.
