SUBSTANCE: in correspondence with invention wire is coated with insulation and is screened against spark break-down emerging as result of contact with another wire. Insulation coat on wire has semi-conducting layer embracing wire, outer atmosphere-protected surface layer of insulation and layer actually ensuring insulation located between them.
