FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: cardiac gastric and esophageal departments should be mobilized. Anterior gastric wall is sutured for 3.5 cm below an esophagus with anterior edge of diaphragmatic esophageal opening. Anterior gastric wall is sutured under an esophagus with a diaphragm at 2.0 cm against an esophageal opening. Lateral gastric walls are sutured with a diaphragm.
