SUBSTANCE: apparatus has laser radiation source for directing powerful high-concentrated laser beam to poultry wing amputation zone, and wing retainer formed as hollow metal casing with recess communicated with air pumping system, and hole for introducing laser beam into casing body. Laser beam is focused by optical devices into recess. Width of recess allows poultry wing to be easily positioned and moved relative to laser beam.
