FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: cold ground-clay is preliminarily mixed with organomineral sludge formed during mechanical and thermochemical processing of bearings in amounts 5 to 10% of the weight of ground-clay until its uniform distribution in ground-clay is completed. Resulting mix is then heated to 60-80 C and bitumen preheated to 60-80 C is added in amount by 7.0-8.5% exceeding 100% of ground-clay weight, after which resulting mix is agitated for 3 min to achieve homogenization of mix. EFFECT: simplified process, reduced bitumen consumption, and increased water and frost resistance of material. 2 tbl
