SUBSTANCE: indole derivatives with general formula I: (I) are provided wherein R₁ is lower alkyl optionally substituted by hydroxyl, mono- or di(lower alkyl)aminosulfonyl, -X-R_a, -[O(CH₂)_m-CHR_b]_nR_bb, and -O(CH₂)_p-R_c; R_a is lower alkyl; X is O, R_b, H, lower alkyl; R_bb alkoxycarbonyl or carboxy group; m=0; n=0 or 1; R_c lower alkanoyl or phenyl; p= 1; R₂ and R₃ hydrogen, halogen, or lower alkyl; W group with formula II bound to indole ring in position 2 or 3; R₄ halogen; R₅ lower alkyl; or salt of compounds I.
