SUBSTANCE: indole derivatives with general formula I: (I) are provided wherein R1 is lower alkyl optionally substituted by hydroxyl, mono- or di(lower alkyl)aminosulfonyl, -X-Ra, -[O(CH2)m-CHRb]nRbb, and -O(CH2)p-Rc; Ra is lower alkyl; X is O, Rb, H, lower alkyl; Rbb alkoxycarbonyl or carboxy group; m=0; n=0 or 1; Rc lower alkanoyl or phenyl; p= 1; R2 and R3 hydrogen, halogen, or lower alkyl; W group with formula II bound to indole ring in position 2 or 3; R4 halogen; R5 lower alkyl; or salt of compounds I. Compounds of invention exhibit strong stimulating activity for β3-adrenergic receptor with excellent adrenoreceptor selectivity.
