FIELD: biotechnology, biochemistry, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of synthesis of substances with bifunctional and multifunctional biological activity. Invention relates to method of preparing soluble conjugates of biologically active substances involving coupling protein with dextran used as polysaccharide carrier. Proteins of different functional activity are coupled with dextran. Enzyme peroxidase and detector proteins used for assay of immunoglobulins can be coupled with dextran where fractions IgG or Staphylococcus aureus protein A, or streptococcus protein G can be used as detector proteins for assay of immunoglobulins. The best results are obtained in the molar ratio of components to be coupled dextran : detector protein : peroxidase = (1:5:5):(1:5:10).
