SUBSTANCE: method involves applying sample electrophoresis under restored conditions and comparing resulting proteinogram to reference proteinogram of proteins with known molecular masses. Commercial living dry vaccine proteinogram of pest EB strain in logarithmic growth phase is usable as the reference proteinogram. Calibrated reference scale is used for measuring molecular masses with constitutive properties of individual proteins in pest EB microbe strain proteinograms taken into account.
