FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting a sample under study to biotest animals into a region on the back, when detecting samples containing single microbe cells. The injection is carried out in the presence of activating agents, immunosuppressant agent, foreign flora growth inhibitors. Pathological material taken from the place of injection is subjected to examination 23-25 h later in polymerase chain reaction. EFFECT: accelerated and reliable method.
