Deviation of mass of wall of tube 6 falling at 1.0 sq.cm of its surface should not exceed 5% of rated values of specified mass which amounts to 0.03-0.16 g. Sheath 13 of cable 8 is connected leak-tight to sleeve 1, current carrying cable conductor 9 is connected to cylinder 4. Pressure-seal feed-through made in the form of block 15 is connected leak- tight to finish of cable 8 and its electric lead-out is fabricated in the form of metal tube 20 through which current carrying conductor 9 with sealed connection 21 of conductor to finish of tube is let pass.
